PGA Head Golf Professional
Assistant Golf Professional
A Port Huron native, Brandon Archibald grew up learning the game at Port Huron Elks Lodge 343, where his passion for golf was first ignited. Now serving as the Head Golf Professional, he brings a wealth of experience, leadership, and dedication to the club.
Brandon is a Certified PGA Professional in Golf Operations, a designation that reflects his deep expertise in managing all facets of a golf facility, from tournament operations to instruction and retail merchandising. His career has been defined by a commitment to elevating the member and guest experience through exceptional service, top-tier events, and player development programs.
Before turning his focus to golf, Brandon was an elite athlete in another sport—selected in the 2010 NHL Draft by the Columbus Blue Jackets. His background in hockey instilled a strong work ethic, discipline, and competitive drive, which he now applies to his career as a golf professional.
In addition to managing daily golf operations at the Elks, Brandon is dedicated to growing the game at all levels. He has led successful junior programs, developed engaging instructional clinics, and fostered a welcoming atmosphere for all golfers. He is also actively involved in the Michigan PGA Eastern Chapter Board, working alongside fellow professionals to enhance the game across the region.
Away from the course, Brandon enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Kaitlynn, and their two sons, Stetson and Kolter. Whether coaching youth sports, hunting, or fishing, he remains deeply connected to the Port Huron community.
As Head Golf Professional, Brandon is committed to enhancing the golf experience at Port Huron Elks Lodge 343, ensuring that members and guests enjoy a first-class facility, welcoming atmosphere, and the best in golf instruction and events.
A Port Huron native, Madeline (Maddy) Blum is thrilled to return to the Elks as the Assistant Golf Professional.
Maddy competed at the Division I level for Western Michigan University’s women’s golf team, earning a degree in Sports Management with minors in Communications and Event Management. During her time as a Bronco, she received several honors, including MAC All-Academic, WGCA Division I All-Scholar, and the 2024 NCAA Division I Community Service Champion.
For the past four years, Maddy has led the Elks’ junior golf program, helping young golfers develop their skills, grow their passion for the game, and build confidence as athletes. This fall, she will also coach the women’s golf team at SC4. Committed to fostering a welcoming environment at the Elks, Maddy is passionate about supporting
golfers of all levels and growing the game in her community.
